CFW offers a globally unique, patented shielding concept with the TrafoMan™ shielding housings for transformers and PowerMan™ for LV and MS distributions. All shielding housings are designed in such a way that they can be easily installed later in the transformer stations. With TrafoMan™ and PowerMan™, costly and time-consuming wall/ceiling cladding is no longer necessary, which can only be installed in special cases anyway. Countless, successfully completed installations prove their efficiency and superiority in tough, daily use.

µShield® is a shielding system developed and protected by CFW that has been used for many years specifically against low-frequency electromagnetic fields (EMF) from railway and high-voltage lines, transformer stations and cable routes.
 

µShield® consists of two to six layers of µ-sheets embedded between two aluminum plates. μShield® is used in prefabricated plate or housing form in order to meet both technical and legal limit values, in particular the CH system limit value (AGW) according to NISV from February 1, 2000 around transformer stations and pipe blocks.

The VK 154 shielding housing reduces the EMF radiation from distribution boxes by up to 95% and is designed so that it can be installed unobtrusively outside the distribution box even in harsh environments.


The shielding technology corresponds to the high-quality CFW standard and guarantees compliance with the system limit value in accordance with the regulation for protection against non-ionizing radiation (NISV), even directly on the inside wall of the building.


With the VK 154 shielding housing, distribution boxes can be placed directly on the outside walls of the building.
